It was great to see such an incredible turnout this evening at our Open House and the excitement of students meeting their teachers! Our PTO has coordinated a FREE clothing swap with many gently used uniform clothes that parents are welcome to stop by the library and pick up sizes for their children anytime 8 - 3:00 p.m.

This is your one stop opportunity to get ready for a great school year! During registration you can:
Pick up your 2026 to 2027 student class schedule
Meet with the school counselor to discuss any schedule questions or concerns
Receive your locker assignment and practice your locker combination
Learn about extracurricular opportunities and request any others you are interested in. This includes Girls Volleyball, Boys Soccer, Boys and Girls Cross Country, and more.
Pay middle school fees online or through the NSA App, available now. Current fees include Cross Country team sign ups, lunch payments, AP Human Geography workbook fee, PE shirts and shorts, NJHS dues, SBO membership, and middle school fees.

We are so excited to welcome Mrs. White back to the NSA Bear family!
This year she will be teaching Kindergarten while also helping inspire curiosity and creativity across our school through the Schoolwide Enrichment Model (SEM). Her passion for making learning meaningful and engaging is something our students are sure to love.

Welcome our newest NSA Bear! Mrs. Nadia Loveridge will be teaching College and Career Awareness, as well as Family Consumer Science beginning next in August. She married her best friend almost three years ago and they have a baby girl.
When she is not spending time with family you can find her in the kitchen, at her sewing machine, reading her kindle or watching a movie!Current love is the regency romance genres! Nadia grew up in Bluffdale, attended Bluffdale Elementary and Summit Academy and then graduated from Riverton High School, and is thrilled to be back in the Bluffdale community!

During our Annual Day of Service earlier this month, students packed 150 Hygiene Go-Kits for Firefighters and 50 Welcome Hygiene Kits for VA Fisher House!
Summer Hours for June are 9-3 weekdays.
PTO has already been planning and coordinating with administration for a great 2026-2027 school year. In an effort to support accurate ordering and expedite the lines during Back to School Night, our PTO Spirit Shirt Chair is requesting all parents complete the preorder form for sizing of each of their school age NSA children during the month of June. We hope everyone is enjoying a fun filled family time this summer. These shirts are worn on field trips and early out days, but a gift from our PTO to all students.
Summer ART Camp is in its second week and these Bears have been having fun creating, exploring, and enjoying honing their talents with Miss Bea.

Students Making an Impact Beyond the Classroom with Books, Brushes, and Bright Smiles!
This year’s Annual Day of Service introduced a new opportunity for students to make a meaningful impact in the community. Students visited a local daycare, where they read books about the five senses and the importance of proper tooth-brushing habits before creating a fun, hands-on craft to reinforce these healthy practices.
To help continue the learning at home, daycare students also received donated toothbrushes, rinse cups, and timers to encourage strong oral hygiene habits. We’re proud of our students for serving others while promoting healthy smiles in our community!

Christmas Ornaments & Letters of Love - During our annual Day of Service some students chose to use their artistic interest and talents in grades 6-9 to make ornaments and write Letters of Love to those going through hardships! 650 ornaments were created and 97 Letters for letters of Love written #servicelearning #learnngisfun #NSABearsgivingback

Our kindergarten students spent the day spreading kindness, compassion, and joy throughout our community! They decorated food bank boxes and wrote encouraging notes for families experiencing food insecurity, packed snack packs for students in need through the Jordan Education Foundation, created festive ornaments, colored cheerful pictures for Color A Smile recipients, and helped beautify their classrooms.
Through these meaningful service projects, our youngest learners discovered that even small acts of kindness can make a big difference. We are proud of their caring hearts and willingness to serve others. Thank you to our student aides, families, and volunteers who helped make this special day possible!
